Do I need to pay separately for each app?
Yes — each GoKApps product (KWaterPH, KLaundryPH, KRentPH, KIcePH, KBoxPH) is a separate subscription. Each starts at ₱499/month. If you run multiple business types, you subscribe to each app independently.
What is included in the 30-day free trial?
All features of your chosen plan tier are unlocked during the trial. No credit card required to start. After 30 days, you choose a plan to continue — or your account pauses with all data preserved.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new features are available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months at 20% off the monthly rate. Standard costs ₱4,790/yr (saves ₱1,198), Premium ₱8,632/yr (saves ₱2,156), Business ₱12,472/yr (saves ₱3,116).
Does GoKApps work offline?
Business plan subscribers get offline-first sync — transactions recorded offline are synced automatically when connectivity is restored. Standard and Premium plans require an internet connection.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all records in CSV/PDF format at any time before deactivation.
