Terms of Service

By registering for or using GoKApps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business, and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of the Philippines.

GoKApps is a business management platform that provides tools for inventory management, order processing, customer management, delivery tracking, point-of-sale operations, and related business functions. We offer subscription-based access to one or more application modules.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• GoKApps is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree not to use GoKApps to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with platform integrity.
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

You retain full ownership of all business data you input into GoKApps. We do not claim ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may export your data before termination using the platform's export tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoKApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Imus, Cavite, Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time.

• We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
• Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
