This policy covers all GoKApps products: KWaterPH, KLaundryPH, KRentPH, KIcePH, KBoxPH, and the GoKApps Business Portal.

Account & Business Information
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Business name, business address
- Account credentials (stored encrypted)
Usage & Transaction Data
- Orders, deliveries, payments, invoices
- Customer records you create within the app
- Driver activity and delivery routes
Device Data (Mobile App Only)
- Location (GPS) — for delivery tracking and route management
- Camera — for scanning QR codes and uploading product/order photos
- Storage/Photos — for uploading images and saving receipts
- Contacts — for quick customer lookup and adding new customers
- Push notifications — for order updates, delivery alerts, and reminders

How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the GoKApps platform
- To process orders, deliveries, and payments
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, OTPs, invoices)
- To provide customer support
- To improve platform performance and fix bugs
- To comply with legal obligations under Philippine law

Data Sharing
We only share your data with:
- Service providers listed above, under strict data processing agreements
- Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by Philippine law
- Your own team members (staff/drivers) you explicitly add to your account

Data Retention
- Active accounts — data retained for the duration of your subscription
- Cancelled accounts — data retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
- Transaction records — retained for 7 years as required by Philippine tax regulations
- You may request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@gokapps.com

Your Rights Under RA 10173
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object — opt out of certain processing activities
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- File a complaint — with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) at www.privacy.gov.ph

Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard security
- Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We perform regular security reviews

Children's Privacy
GoKApps is intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. When we do:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
- For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice
- Continued use of GoKApps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
